Return and Refund Policy

At ZANS e-store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Return:
    • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
    • Products must be returned with all original tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable).
  • Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact us, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility:
    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase except COD.
    • Shipping fee is non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Notification: You will be notified through email confirmation or WhatsApp once your return has been processed and your refund issued. Refunds may take a few business days to reflect on your payment method.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color please follow the same process as outlined for returns. Once we receive the returned item, we will send out the new item based on availability.

Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at our whatsapp.
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping for items that were damaged during shipping or sent in error.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items may be non-refundable under the following circumstances:

  • Items that are not in their original condition (e.g., opened, used, or missing parts).
  • Items returned after the specified return window has expired.
